E 6th Ave in the Town of Windermere FL is located at the southernmost roundabout. East Sixth Avenue is the most common road used for residents of the town and greater area to travel eastward passing by the lakes. This street turns into Conroy Windermere Road.
E 6th Ave starts at the red bricked roundabout on Main Street in front of/ between the Police Station, Library and Townhall. This particular street is one of the paved roads in the town of Windermere. Numerous roads that cross over E 6th Avenue like Oakdale Street, Magnolia Street and Bessie Street are not paved. However they have far less commuters on them daily. Sixth Avenue has a lot of traffic during morning and evening rush hour but so do many streets.
E 6th Avenue ends at the painted crosswalk between Ridgewood Dr and Jennifer Ln. after running a total of .6 miles. Not a very long street but one of the longer ones in the town of Windermere.
The homes along this street re fair representatives of Windermere. There are 32 homes and one was built in 1942. I believe it is the most historic and would be my favorite because it also sets on Lake Bessie which is a beautiful private lake. This residence also sets on the border of 6th Avenue and Conroy Windermere Road. Take a drive, look around but be cautious on E 6th Avenue in Windermere FL.
