Windermere FL Farmer’s Market

The Windermere FL Farmers Market is held (weather permitting) on Fridays. The Farmers Market begins at 9 am and continues till 1:30 PM. Thankfully in the city of Windermere we have amazing weather and so the market is usually filled with residents. The location is on the west side of Main Street.

Are Pets Welcome?

Yes, the Farmers Market is a pet friendly place as long as the pets are friendly and of course leashed. If your pet has business to take care of, please take the time to clean it up. Other than that, come and enjoy the market and make some friends.

Where is the market located?

You will see the market taking place on the west side of Main Street and in front of the Town Hall and the Windermere Library. Please only park where appropriate and do not park in front of a resident’s home as some live just off of Main Street. The parking space allocated for the Farmers Market is normally sufficient.

What is at the market? Lots of Vendors will be at the market and small business owners. If you travel around you may well see some of the vendors at the Winter Garden Farmers Market. I have even seen a couple of them at the Lakeland FL Downtown Curb Market. Typically, there will be candles, clothing, coffee, craftwork, flowers and jewelry. Of course, there are food vendors and often even people selling gourmet cheeses.

Sounds great right? Best of all people there get along and are very friendly. The vendors are courteous and eager to gain your business. There is nothing like the smell of food and atmosphere at the Windermere FL Farmers Market.
