Lake Cawood Estates in Windermere FL is just south Lake Cawood and across the street from the Windermere Village Shopping Center. This is a gated community that uses an electronic entrance. Inside of Cawood Estates there are around 30 traditional single-family homes.
Lake Cawood Estates is another well-established Windermere community. There was a building boom in Windermere back in the 1990’s and that boom included this community.

Just 5-10 minutes to the north is the turnpike access. To the south is Walt Disney World and you can be there in 10 to 15 minutes depending on how you time your trip.
