Lake Louise in Windermere is located on the south side of Chase Road and visible from the road as you drive by. Most of the lake is concealed from passers by and reserved for the enjoyment of those residing along its shores or passing through the lake.
Lake Louise sets snuggly in the lap of Isleworth. The only community to own shoreline around this lake. There is a canal on the south side of this lake which passes through to Lake Isleworth and of course to the boat ramp (public) at RD Keene Park.
There is also a canal on the northern end which passes through to Lake Butler under Chase Road. Most lake style vessels can pass under the bridge. Not a yacht or probably anything with a flybridge.
Lake Louise of the Butler Chain of Lakes has a total surface area of 128 acres but it is 4,800 feet long from its east to west shores. On the southeastern shore is where the clubhouse in Isleworth sets. Just out of view from Chase Road. Even from the lake it is very difficult to catch a glimpse of the players or the golf course.
