W 4th Ave is located in the town of Windermere FL. W 4th Avenue is somewhat hard to find the first time. The best way to get to it is to turn west at the northernmost roundabout off of Main Street. You will pass the red umbrellas and then just take your first right, then left.

W 4th Ave is another relatively short street. This one is just two blocks long or around 775 feet. Yes the yards are fairly large in older cities. The homes along the sides of this street are actually fairly new compared to much of Windermere Town. This street like so many I usually don't mention it is a dirt road. At least the day that I am writing this. It is also so narrow you may want to look before driving down it.

Interesting Residence

The homes on W 4th Avenue as a general rule are not really anything special or overly interesting. That may aggravate some but I am comparing them to other homes in the city. Sometimes interesting is bad. There is a residence on the westernmost end of this street that was built in 1945. It sets on over 1.5 acres, on Lake Butler's shoreline and watches that sun go down in the evening. I can tell by looking at the property's assessed value they have owned and homesteaded it for a long time. Good for them, happy on W 4th Avenue in Windermere FL.
