E 1st Ave in Windermere FL

E 1st Ave is found in the town of Windermere and east of Main Street. E First Avenue is a short street with only a handful on residences alongside it. It does intersect with several other streets and they are loaded down with beautiful houses and stunning views.

E 1st Ave is on the north end of Windermere and it is fairly easy to miss the signage and drive right by. If you reach the bridge (going northward) then you went to far. Coming south from the bridge be looking on your left hand side because you are nearing the turn. It is fairly easy to access this street or depart from it at anytime even without a stoplight.

E 1st Avenue Facts

East First Avenue has only 7 homes along it and one empty half acre lot. When I drove by today I saw no signs of construction and it is not listed for sale. The homes are relatively new and there are no historic or really old homes. They also all appear to be in good shape and well maintained. About the only thing is Windermere that could stand some improvement are the street markers. Maybe someday you will be riding with me as we drive through or to E 1st Ave in Windermere FL.
