E 4th Ave in north Windermere FL is another beautiful street. E 4th Avenue not only is over 750 feet long but it still manages to touch two of the cities parks. Not just any parks but Windermere's Central Park and the Lake Street Park on the west shore of Lake Down.
E 4th Ave is on the other side of Main Street from the Family Church. You will notice the blacktop on Main changes to red brick where you turn. After turning the street becomes a dirt road but it is smooth. Two trucks passing one another can be a struggle because of the streets width but it can be done with some patience.
On this road you will see the Central Park. We cover what it offers in detail so I will not do that here. However it is clean and well maintained like all Windermere Parks. That is why you see so many residents out taking advantage of them. Especially in the fall and spring.
336 Magnolia Street is on the corner of East Fourth Avenue and hence on the street we are covering right now. This home was built in 1917 which makes it interesting. After driving by and seeing how good it looks it gets even more interesting. I know it has had some work done over the years but it still has the original build date. It looks amazing and I am always glad to see it when I drive down E 4th Avenue in Windermere FL.
