E 5th Ave in Windermere FL is located at the northernmost roundabout. E 5th Avenue is one of the longer streets named avenue on this side of Main. Those that happen to live near Main Street can quickly get to the Farmers Market or the cafes' as they are right across the street.

Central Park is located on the north side of E 5th Avenue and the Town of Windermere also owns .3 acres with a pier on Lake Down near the eastern end of this street. The street is a dirt road like most in the town. However have no fear as it is well maintained. Since it is challenging to reach it is also less trafficked. The road is rather narrow and it is challenging to get two cars to pass in opposite directions. It can be done but it is not easy.

The homes here are all in typical Windermere shape which means good to great. Although the street is dirt it does look good and it is smooth.
