E 7th Ave in south Windermere FL is also one of the cities' dirt roads. If you cross Main Street you will see the historic first schoolhouse built in Windermere. If you turn onto E Seventh Avenue (this street) you will be passing by Wild Blossom Salon and The Art Room. From there the street heads toward Lake Bessie and becomes a residential area.
E 7th Ave' sign is shown in the photo above. The same building shown holds the salon and Pizza 14 which are both worth stopping by and getting to know. Immediately east of these businesses you will be in a residential community. It is forbidden to drive through this area to circumvent the traffic on East Sixth Avenue to the north.
There is one home along this street which was built in 1935 and one which was built in 1927. Still not close to being the first home built but very interesting homes and also in surprisingly good shape at least viewing them as you drive by. External appearance is always a good sign but as with all things closer inspection often is worth it.
There are also some lakefront properties. These are on Lake Bessie and found on the eastern end of E 7th Ave. Of those 4 properties one has a single family home, one is a vacant residential lot, one is municipal owned by the town and one owned by the county. We hope this helped you with E 7th Ave in Windermere FL.
