The Isleworth homes and houses are incredible. Homes in Isleworth are on average the most expensive in Central Florida and contribute to Windermere having the highest median priced homes compared to any nearby cities. Why? Because they are worth it.
The first of the houses built in Isleworth in 1985 after Arnold Palmer had originally completed the purchase of Isleworth in 1984. Of course there were homes here before that as this land was settled long ago but we are going by current tax records alone.
The largest home in Isleworth is at 9927 Giffin Court. That home overlooks Lake Butler and you will see its blue tile roof as you drive by it on Chase Road. It did have a famous occupant who could quite easily afford it. Not a golf legend, definitely a sports legend.
The smallest of the homes in Isleworth is at 6131 Payne Stewart Drive. This home is lakefront on Lake Chase and about 3 houses to the south of clubhouse in Isleworth. it was built in 1988 and currently as I write this has a Real AVM of just over 2 million dollars on the county tax site.
The newest of the homes will either be on Blanche Cove Drive or in the Gardens of Isleworth. Someone could potentially build somewhere else but most of the newer homes are on the eastern side of the community. There is less traffic over on that side and the entrance is the closest to local necessities. Thank you for visiting and contact us for public records about any Isleworth Homes or Houses.
