Lake Clarice Plantation in Windermere FL is found on the western end of Lake Butler Blvd as it approaches Winter Garden Vineland Road. When I think of this community it reminds me of the importance of driving down those roads you see that maybe don’t look as important as others. Quite often they hold some pleasant surprises and such is the case here.

Lake Clarice Plantation is a very small but clean community. The further south you drive toward the cul-de-sac the more it rewards you. There is no land left to build on as the first lot you pass is for water storage. There are only 7 homes in this neighborhood.

The last home was built in 2015. The first was in 2007 similar to the sister community which is immediately to the east. The two homes on the southern end of Clarice Street are lakefront. Nearby to the north just about 1 ½ miles is the turnpike and the Winter Garden Village. That is a strong selling pointe in itself.
