Lake Story in west Windermere FL is located on the north side of Ashlin Park. Lake Story is a decent sized lake and not really confusable with a pond. The Lake has been part of the farm on the north side of it for a very long time. That farm will someday be gone and replace with homes.

Lake Story has no public access. There is a sidewalk on the east side that passes by the lake as it makes it's way around the neighboring drainage pond. The homes on the south side of this lake are lakefront homes but as of the day I write this there are no boat docks. The lake has a lot of natural vegetation and isn't really for Kayaks etc. anyway. I do have a feeling there are some fish in it though.

Lake Story has a total surface area of around 15 acres. Normally lakes this size are around 15 feet deep but there is no official measurement. I have a feeling there may be some interesting wildlife in the lake so be careful if your walking around wooded sections of Lake Story in Windermere FL.
