Lakeside Village Center in Windermere FL

Lakeside Village Center is in southwest Windermere FL. The Lakeside Village shopping center is also in the area known as Horizon West. This is one of my favorite locations for oh so many reasons. One that many will appreciate is the fact there is actually a gas station here. Another useful and recent addition has been the Westside Shoppes to the north.

Windermere FL

We all know that Windermere FL is amazing. Lets take a look at one of the best and one of the first shopping complexes in the city. I almost hate to refer to it as a shopping complex because it has so much more. Lets try to cover the stores here by order of significance to the average life. By that I mean how many times the average Windermere resident will use the service.

Publix Supermarket

You knew it had to be first. We all use this supermarket. In all honesty there is no local competition as yet. However don't the workers here make you feel at home, like you actually know them and they care that you are here? I believe they do and I have a lot of respect for what Publix has done for Central FL. Fun fact, they are headquartered out of Lakeland FL. Inside there is of course the deli, bakery and the fruits and vegetables are always amazing. Not to mention on a hot day you can still get ice water there for free.

The 7-11 Convenience Store and Gas Station

This well needed destination is located on the Lakeside Village Center's northern end. Just turn onto Lakeside Village Lane from either lane off of Winter Garden Vineland Road. The store is open 24 hours per day and has more than just fuel. That is awesome because we all have needs between 10 PM and 7 AM. The store has grab and go bites beverages etc.

Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza

A fairly new restaurant in the Lakeside Village Center is Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza. You can never have enough places that make pizza. Those that survive in the Pizza Business must be providing some great food and service. They cater, they offer much more than most pizza restaurants and I think your going to use them fairly often if you just give them a try.

Lakeside Village Center Summary

There are a lot of businesses which were left off of this list. Including a well established beauty salon. When you visit the Publix Supermarket take a walk around the village. Look at the stores and get yourself a cold dink and take in what is offered there. You will find several shops that will make your life easier and more pleasurable. After all that is why we have the Lakeside Village Shopping Center in Windermere FL.
