Lakeside at Lakes of Windermere

Lakeside at Lakes of Windermere is where you will find the condominiums in this city. Some refer to them as villas but the type of ownership is still condominium. Pricing is good, fees are fairly low for what you get in return and many of these homes are very nice.

Lakeside at Lakes of Windermere is inside of the Lake Burden Community. It has separate amenities but many of Lake Burdens are also there to be enjoyed. This is a well-established community and I believe most of the homes we have shown here have been in good repair or we were remodeling and updating them. They were all built between 2005 and 2012 so yes, they are still fairly new. Real estate brokers love Windermere condos as they are very rare.

Is Condo Life Right For You?

The condominium lifestyle is desired by a lot of people. The thoughts of lower maintenance and some amenities is after all fairly attractive. Here there is a small resort style pool, fitness center and gated entrance. Combine that and pay less than half the median price for a traditional single-family home? Directly across the street is the Lakeside Village Shopping Center. It is easy to write about the Lakeside Village because it is one of my favorite places to shop or dine. Breakfast, pet stores, emergency care, a gas station, Publix Supermarket and so much more all right across the street from the community. Less than 10 minutes away is the university at Walt Disney World.

The Parks
