Pine Street in Windermere FL is 4 blocks west of Main Street. Pine Street is an amazing street that embodies all that is traditional and historic Windermere FL. Large gorgeous lakefront homes, 2 parks, docks and much more. This street becomes W 3rd Avenue.

Pine Street does have two parks. One on each side of the southern end of the street. Some people probably barely notice them or their significance to the city because of a huge luxury home next to them. However, Palmer Park is still used all of the time by park residents. Big Cypress View is interesting but was a one and done for me years ago.

The main attraction to most of us will be the peninsula which goes out into Wauseon Bay. That is Pine Street and what a group of amazing properties there are there. Both sides of the street are lined with luxury lakefront residences and the road is somewhat narrow and ends abruptly. Be careful and considerate if you take this street. 

The Residences 

The homes here vary quite a bit. The first house was built in 1927. Can you imagine what that must have been like? It is located at 42 Pine Street and sets on .43 acres. You will be able to notice it if you see it. There are still quite a few newer homes to view. They are all gorgeous anyway and so is Wauseon Bay.
