The Landings of Lake Sawyer  in west Windermere FL is a relatively small community. The Landings of Lake Sawyer is marked community among many unmarked subdivisions which make up this group of lakefront homes and non lakefront homes in this general area east of Lake Sawyer.

The Landings of Lake Sawyer is how I will refer to this group of homes. However we acknowledge the smaller communities do exist. Our purpose is to serve those who notice the community signs and most likely they will not be aware of the great divides so to say. Most of us just are interested in the neighborhoods and quality of the homes etc. Two other communities on this lake are below.

The Homes In This Neighborhood

There are 44 of these homes that set along the eastern shore of lake Sawyer and Little Lake Sawyer. These two lakes are connected by a passible channel in effect making them just one large lake. It is certainly large enough for watersports or even landing a seaplane on.

The lakefront homes have sold for prices up to 1.7 million dollars (rounded off). I would expect there are some which should sell for more in the current market. The prices would be higher if Lake Sawyer was on the local chain.

There are many homes here worth investigating that are not lakefront. This community is very lightly trafficked and would be amazing to live in. Shopping is extremely nearby and so is dining etc. Not to mention Windermere's great schools and beautiful weather.
