W 8th Ave in Windermere FL is somewhat south of everything interesting. This is even the southernmost street which will be referred to as west anything. The next road running westward is Chase Road which is 1800 feet further south. Between here and there there are lakefront homes off of Main Street and on Lake Butler.
W 8th Ave extends from Main Street to Forest Street. You could even say that it becomes Forest Street because it flows into it and doesn't run into it. 8th Avenue is rounded on the west end. There are only three homes on this road and one is a lakefront home. None of the homes were built before 1977.
This is normally where I would say none of them are interesting but that is not the case. The designs and work that has been done on two of the homes sets them apart. The lakefront home has a large yard and plenty of garage space. I love it's metal roof, matching dock and the fact that it views Lake Butler and Bird Island. The blue home has a contrasting trellises that actually really compliment the home. Normally unique homes are just weird but this one works. Take a short, really short drive down W 8th Avenue in Windermere FL.
