Woods of Windermere Homes For Sale

The Woods of Windermere is a very small community. Many probably think this is a Gotha FL or even Ocoee FL community but it is in the 34786 zip-code. The Woods of Windermere is not gated but it’s seclusion more than makes up for it.

Windermere Florida

There are only a dozen homes in this neighborhood. For that matter there is only one street. Maravilloso Loop is its name and all of the homes share it for an address. The homes here as a majority will have large yards and I believe they all now have pools. Maravilloso Loop wraps around a large pond that you cannot see from the entrance.

The Homes

The homes here were built between 2012 and 2014 so they are relatively new compared to many homes. They are larger than usual ranging from 3,500 to over 5,500 square feet. Secluded, waterview and close to more than you might suspect.

The Area

To the west just about a 3 to 5-minute drive is Maguire Road. On the south end of Maguire is Windermere Town. On the north end (as far north as matters) is the Publix Supermarket, Ocoee Fire station, restaurants, a gas station and much more. Everything is near this community and the Hospital in Ocoee is also just a short drive. Although I hope you never need it.
