Lake Crescent Reserve is a gated Windermere FL community. Actually the community includes two entrances and consists of two separate parts. The streets are Sunbitten Court and Marquesas Court.
This neighborhood is due west of the Windermere Recreation Center and immediately east of the Windermere Club all of which are on the north side of Park Avenue. This is an exceptional area and a beautiful one to drive through. It only takes around 5 minutes to be in the town of Windermere on an average day. The local speed limits are the primary factor.
Many people exercise and walk just outside Lake Crescent Reserve. To be honest I take this road whenever I can. I love seeing the people and this side of Windermere.
The community itself sets on the south shore of Lake Crescent which is a beautiful spring fed lake. Many are unaware that the water in this lake is connected to Lake Butler and helps maintain the lakes level at 103 feet above sea level.
The homes in Lake Crescent Reserve were built between 1983 and 2013. That is according to public records and I checked every home. There may be a "effective year built" or in-depth renovation that I missed as this is done quite often in Windermere. Especially considering the lots here are fairly large.
